Today is WORLD AIDS DAY; a day to reflect and ponder on the strides made in the fight against AIDS.
Apparently, Infection rates have dropped in Kenya although still much remains to be done. At the end of the day, hope is all that pushes the fight forward and this story I came across on Daily Nation is the epitome of Hope.
Today is a time to re-energize the push to lower infection rates and more importantly take personal responsibility to go get tested while avoiding high risk behaviours.
Reflect, Reflect, Reflect.
